TECHLine, our most affordable phone service option, is your single source for "up and running" phone support. You will have access to our trained professionals who will gladly provide basic installation, configuration and troubleshooting assistance for most industry-leading applications over the phone. Calls to our direct TECHLine number are returned within one hour or your callback is free.
TECHOnce
FirstTech also provides a per–incident technical support service for a nominal fee. Just call our service line at 374-8050. We will determine your needs, and if appropriate, put you in contact with a phone support technician.
