FirstTech offers 90 days of complimentary phone support with the purchase of a new computer system. We are here for you as you learn your new computer system. We will assist as you set up your Internet connection, printers, scanners and other accessories. You will have access to our trained professionals who will gladly provide basic installation, configuration and troubleshooting assistance for most industry-leading applications over the phone. Calls to our 90 day support line are returned within four hours.

If you need some help or advice, or just a short question, FirstTech's Service & Support department now has another option for you. We are now on Twitter! The address is @FirstTechRepair and it is monitored Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM & 4:30 PM.
FirstTech also provides a per–incident technical support service for a nominal fee. Just call our service line at 612-374-8050. We will determine your needs and, if appropriate, put you in contact with a phone support technician.
