Curriculum tailored to your needs
With our prerequisite information gathering—site visits or conference calls—we collect information from managers, users, potential students and related clients who directly influence the curriculum outline and presentation techniques for the class. We pay attention to detail. We listen to learner levels, needs, limitations and motivations. In the classroom, we stay focused on the curriculum AND encourage interaction and questions. Customized curriculum at your level
FirstTech can customize beginning, intermediate and advanced levels of curriculum, or tailor modules utilizing actual working files. Curriculum customization can be based upon software application functionality and/or by workflow, and/or by role. Curriculum development costs are incurred one time and the training session can be offered as many times as needed. Customized curriculum is developed for specific software versions and features. When the software version changes, curriculum will require updates.
