Ways To Register
Online, click on the "Register" link below the date of the class you want to attend. Complete the registration form. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
By telephone, call 612-374-8600. Please have your class selection and credit card ready.
You may also register by fax by downloading the Acrobat Registration Form. You will need Acrobat Reader to read this file. Fax the completed form to 612-374-8080 Attention: Training Registration.
Registration Policies
Registrations are confirmed by reservation with credit card or FirstTech Account number, even for registrations which promise to pay by check or cash. Registration must be confirmed 7 days prior to the class start date to guarantee class enrollment. Check or cash must be received on or before the class start date to avoid charges on credit card or FirstTech Account. Charges will not be made until class start date unless otherwise requested by registrant.
Customer Cancellation Policy
Customer is entitled to cancel their registration with no penalty if written notice is received at least 7 days in advance of the class start date. Customer is entitled to a full class credit if less than 7 days advance written notice is given. Class credit must be used within 6 months of the date of the original class for another class offered by FirstTech. Written notice can be sent to training@firsttech.com or mailed to:

Rescheduling
Rescheduling can only be accommodated if requested more than 7 days prior to the class start date.
Training Center Cancellation Policy
FirstTech reserves the right to amend or cancel the date and time of a training class and will do so by contacting customers 7 days prior to the class start date. There may be circumstances out of FirstTech's control that do not allow 7 days notice, and such circumstances will be handled with a professional manner on a case by case basis.
FirstTech shall not be responsible for any loss incurred by customer as a result of rescheduling or cancellation.
Guarantee
All classes are offered with a money-back guarantee of satisfaction.
Retake Options
Classes may be retaken within four months of the original attendance date if space is available.
Refunds
No refunds, credits or transfers for partially attended classes will be given.
Limited Mobility Access
FirstTech's building does not support full access for persons with limited mobility. Please make us aware of any special needs so we can discuss them with you in advance.
MN Private Career School License
Pursuant to the applicable laws of the State of Minnesota, FirstTech can only offer classes providing more than 16 hours of instruction to its corporate customers on a business-to-business basis. Such classes are not offered directly to individual students within the State of Minnesota.
