Promethean Warranty and Support Policies

Promethean provides a five year parts warranty when system is installed by a certified installer such as FirstTech (three years if not). Note that the warranty does not include on-site visits or labor coverage, only hardware.

Promethean offers person-to-person troubleshooting assistance via their toll-free help desk, 1-888-652-2848. The majority of problems can be diagnosed and solved in this way. Promethean's warranty assumes that parts are user installable. For schools with experienced support staff this is generally workable. However, some schools do not have this capability. FirstTech is happy to assist you as needed.

We make every effort to insure initial problems are addressed before the installation is complete. Should problems arise, FirstTech guarantees the installations we perform for thirty days. Certain fees may apply.
